I love all things personal development, education and self-care. I’ve worked in higher education for 12 years and have always been positioned to help others with successfully navigating transition. I completed both my bachelors and masters degrees from SUNY Buffalo State College in Sociology and Higher Education Student Personnel Administration respectively.
I know that all the yumminess inside is meant to be shared with the world. As a business owner of edYou, Inc. I get to equip and develop you with slaying tools to BEcome and develop an unapologetic YOU. Being born in my favorite month of the year attributes to the love of all things winter weather (hello snow!) and Christmas.
